Top UK bookie, Ladbrokes, has hired the services of TagMan, the only tag management company which offers solutions to increase site performance, making most of data received and dealing with attribution-related challenges.
Ladbrokes prides itself in being the first gaming operator to have registered with such a company, and will use them to manage their online tracking tags. In doing so, Ladbrokes hopes to be able to make the most of the marketing tools applied on Ladbrokes.com, such as site data, display advertising serving, search, email, affiliates.
Customer Experience Director for Ladbrokes, Stephen Vowles said that such tracking service is important to their business as it assesses how successful their marketing campaigns are. And TagMan makes the tasks much easier as one is able to add, edit or remove any new technology instantly, directly from the site and without changing the code on the webpage.
UK Managing Director for TagMan, Alex Rodriguez, says that 99% of all online marketing professionals said that they had issues with site tagging. And therefore tag management had become a growing problem for those companies. TagMan started out to help with those problems but soon found itself to be innovative in the sector and providing new technologies.
They know that with their expertise, they are due to prove beneficial to Ladbrokes.
